Saying you’re big boned or whatever is just–ahem–pure imagination. (Giggle.) I know it is because I used my own being big boned a lot to keep from making any lifestyle changes. As the new year rolls around, think about that.
Not saying there aren’t just large-framed people out there. There are. But probably not anywhere near as many as claim to be. Remember, fitness and weight loss can only come through personal responsibility. It took me a long time to grasp that I could do something about it.
My bones had nothing to do with it.
