How Do You Find Running Playlists?

How to FInd Running Playlists

Maybe it’s because I don’t listen to the radio, but when I need some good running music, I go straight for jog.fm.

What is jog.fm, you ask?

Well, let me tell you: jog.fm awesome. Especially for the tech geek in me. See, all you have to do is put in your pace-per-mile (mine is about 8:45 average), and then the website provides you with a plethora of songs that match your pace.

You don’t have to even think about whether or not a song is too fast or too slow. You don’t have to worry that your feet won’t be able to keep pace with the beat or that I’ll fall in step with the music and slow to a crawl.

You put in how fast you want the music to be…and the website knows. #dundundun

And what’s even more awesome about it, is that like a good tech geek, I use Spotify to manage my playlists. So I just have to click the link on jog.fm, and the song is automatically imported to my running mix. No fuss, no muss.

My favorite thing about jog.fm, though, is that it helps me remember songs I love that I’d completely forgotten about. Some of my favorite songs to listen to are because of coming across them on a jog.fm list.

Where do you find songs for running playlists? Pinterest, blogs, the radio?
